BEP 12/24V Motorized Dual Battery Switch - 500A

This innovative motorized switch facilitates a remote high-current emergency parallel connection, allowing for the emergency starting of large engines (up to 2500A for 10 seconds). The switch can be activated via a momentary button located on the dashboard, enabling the batteries to be paralleled for a duration of 10 minutes. After this period, the switch automatically disengages, preventing any potential battery drain should the switch be mistakenly left on.

Engineered for durability in demanding marine environments, it features tinned copper conductors, stainless steel nuts, and high-temperature fiber-reinforced plastics to ensure extended service life. The ignition-protected unit offers On/Off switching capabilities and can be either recessed or surface-mounted.

Additionally, the same 10-minute emergency parallel function is available using the 720-MDVSO Voltage Sensitive Switch for automated second battery bank charging.
